Mother~Daughter / Father~Son

These separate, two-hour workshops are designed for moms and their daughters ages 9-12 and dads and their sons ages 10-13. Each presentation addresses the issues of puberty, maturity, respect for all life, and the miracle of new life!

This program is a great way to answer questions about growing up and to initiate conversation between parent and child.

Northwest Family Services hosts a Mother-Daughter tea and Father-Son evening program each spring at Providence Portland Medical Center in NE Portland and a program each year in the Salem area. Mother-Daughter and Father-Son programs scheduled for 2007 are:
