DHS Navigators

Helping TANF families in Clackamas County move toward stability, growth, and self-sufficiency

Our DHS Navigators support individuals and families receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) by providing flexible, personalized, and wraparound support services designed to reduce barriers and promote lasting progress.

We offer:

  • Wraparound services including employment training, education, social services, and resource navigation
  • Flexible meeting options, including in-home visits, virtual appointments, or community-based locations
  • Personalized care plans that focus on each individual’s strengths, needs, and goals
  • Access to ODHS JOBS and STEP services
  • Crisis support when challenges arise
  • Connections to essential resources like parenting support, youth programs, food, clothing, transportation, childcare, medical care, and more

Our team is here to walk alongside participants for 2–3 months, providing encouragement and guidance every step of the way.

Eligibility:

  • Must be receiving TANF
  • Must live in Clackamas County
  • Services are free and customized to each participant’s needs
