NW Promise is a training and job search program created to diversify and strengthen the healthcare industry. Each participant will work with a career coach to explore five career paths before choosing to pursue one.

Program services include financial assistance for training, transportation, and other related costs. Participants will also receive job search and placement assistance.



  • 18+ years old
  • Legal to work in the United States
  • Unemployed or underemployed:
    1. not currently working
    2. employed in temporary, short-term or part-time position, or
    3. working below skill level or receiving less than previous wages
  • Self-identify as a person of color, LGBTQ, with a disability, immigrant, refugee, or low income
