Be part of a group of a self-identifying female group from diverse backgrounds. One hour a week, we will socialize, have engaging conversations, and connect with our community. One of our main focuses this fall will include SAMSHA’s eight elements of wellness.Some topics include: how to effectively communicate with teachers and counselors, time/stress management, prevention workshops, organization skills, navigating in-person and distance learning, and homework/grade follow-ups. Supplies will be provided
Once your child is registered, they have access to all workshop.
