Join FORGE (Family • Opportunity • Resilience • Grit • Engagement), a free program designed to help parents strengthen family relationships, improve financial literacy, and build pathways to employment success.
Participants receive:
- Parenting education and relationship coaching from certified Parenting Inside Out coaches
- Financial literacy training and practical money management skills
- Individualized case management and employment support
- Meals and childcare provided
Participating in FORGE will enhance parenting time, foster healthy relationships, develop financial literacy, and improve employability. Free for eligible participants living in Clackamas and Multnomah Counties.

Program Elements
Responsible Parenting
FORGE participants receive group and individual parent relationship coaching led by certified Parenting Inside Out Coaches. Meals and childcare are provided.
Financial Literacy
FORGE participants will build an understanding of current financial habits and attitudes and learn new money "habitudes" that support long-term financial stability.
Employment Support
FORGE participants receive 8 one-on-one case management sessions, along with incentives, follow-up, and support to help reduce barriers to success.
