Housing Stability

Our Housing Stability program offers supportive housing services that are aimed at helping homeless or at-risk households find and maintain stable housing.

Our experienced Housing Specialists provide one-on-one assistance in the following:

• Housing navigation:
  • addressing rental barriers in the application process
  • identifying housing options
  • supporting with move-in costs and needs

• Ongoing case management:
  • connection to community resources and support
  • landlord-tenant relations
  • advocacy

To check eligibility, simply call Coordinated Housing Access (CHA) at (503) 655-8575 or fill out an online form at clackamas.us/communitydevelopment/cha to schedule a housing screening. This will screen for numerous programs in Clackamas County.
