About Us
Our Housing Stability program offers supportive housing services that are aimed at helping homeless or at-risk households find and maintain stable housing.
Our experienced Housing Specialists provide one-on-one assistance in the following:
- Housing navigation:
- addressing rental barriers in the application process
- identifying housing options
- supporting with move-in costs and needs
- Ongoing case management:
- connection to community resources and support
- landlord-tenant relations
- advocacy

If you are looking for help with housing/shelter, our housing program is by referral from Clackamas County Coordinated Housing Access (CHA). If you live in Clackamas County, please call (503) 655-8575.
